Wānanga ā-Rohe is an immersive learning experience for uri of Te Pae o Raukawa who want to grow their confidence in te reo Māori and strengthen their connection to Raukawa mātauranga. Through practical learning in reo, tikanga, whakapapa, waiata, karakia, whaikōrero and karanga, uri will build the knowledge and skills to support their marae, whānau and iwi.

Mana Motuhaketia te Pā

Mana Motuhaketia te pā is a marae-based wānanga in the pā Harakeke series, bringing uri together to reconnect with Ruapeka Marae, its taiao and its kōrero tuku iho. Through shared learning and collective memory mapping, whānau reflected on changes to the whenua and wai, and considered how this mātauranga could support the future wellbeing of the pā.
