Newton brings deep experience in social services, whānau support and rangatahi development. His approach is grounded in lived experience, strong community relationships and a genuine commitment to helping people move forward. He ensures our kaupapa remain practical, responsive and shaped around the realities and aspirations of those we serve.
Newton Thompson
Aaron brings practical experience in oranga, sustainability and taiao-based learning. His approach is grounded in self-sufficiency, everyday wellbeing and a strong connection to whenua. Through hands-on kaupapa, he supports people to build confidence, strengthen their homes and whānau, and reconnect with the environments that sustain them.
Aaron Bell
Taihakoa brings deep expertise in te reo Māori, tikanga and mātauranga Māori, supported by experience in education, marae development and intergenerational learning. He helps ensure Hue Collective remains grounded in whakapapa, whenua and the kōrero that shape identity, belonging and cultural confidence.
Taihakoa Maui
Teaonui brings the strategic and creative direction to Hue Collective, drawing on his expertise in te reo Māori, communications, storytelling and kaupapa development. He helps shape the vision, language and structure of each kaupapa, ensuring it is clear in purpose, grounded in context and able to connect meaningfully with the people it is designed to serve.
